Putting down mechs and picking up aircraft for something new to learn. Since I've been working on Btech stuff for while, might as well use it to better my skills as it did with mechs. All of the following aircraft will be designed for Btech unless stated otherwise.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Amaterasu Interceptor - This is the first plane I've made for Btech. I've always had trouble drawing planes and helicopters, mostly due to a total lack of experience. The Amaterasu is a Draconis Combine Interceptor with 10/15 MP, weighs 35 tons, and is armed with 2 LPPCs, 2 ER Medium Lasers, 2 MML-3s, and 5 tons fuel. It's light on armor, but quite fast.
2. Uragan 3063 - Finally finished this after loads of homework. This is my first commissioned aircraft for the 3063 TRO. There will be another Vtol. The armament consists of a ER Large Laser, ER Small laser, ans 2 LRM-10s.
more to come whenever they're finished.
Only thing i'm wondering about is the missile silo that doesn't shoot line-of-sight-wise... is it really possible according to the rules to design a BT aerospace fighter this way? (Of course you can also count the number of BT aerospace fighters that really fit to their descriptive fluff in respect to the number and type of their weapons so it shouldn't matter, it's just so unusual a design that i had to wonder about it
Great work. If this is the BEGINNING of your improvement process i'm very excited to see the end!!!
